The VLCC Mongstad/Ningbo carbon index is based on all VLCC vessels that can load 270 000 tons of DPP in North Sea (Mongstad) in 15 - 30 days from report date. The cargo is to discharge in China (Ningbo). Ship age limit is set to 15 years. Estimates include full ballast and laden leg plus port stays.
